In today's TPOM, we will continue laying out the components of my analytic system. Let's dig in and have some fun along the way!
Components
Proximal overt intention of thought - this attends to the desired outcome of the thinker in that the thinker generates the thought based upon a purpose, and therefore, the thought has an intended outcome. While the intention may or may not align with the impact of said thought, it remains nonetheless its directed aim and is generated for the purpose of goal acquisition within the thinker.
The overt intention may or may not be true at its origin. Interestingly, the thought itself and the truthfulness of said thought need not align with the intention of the thought. These are entirely different things, and they do not necessitate a particular combination or accord with each other. The thought could be true in that it accurately describes an aspect of reality and places that aspect within a context that is in agreement with reality such that it is logical, clear, and concise. However, that does not necessitate that the intent of the presentation of this truth must be in accord with the thought.
